At the south end of Playa Grande, closest to Tamarindo is Palm Beach Estates. Palm Beach has the Pacific Ocean on one side and the Tamarindo Estuary on the other. This charming residential community has more then 70 homes. The neighborhood has a few small hotels, restaurants and a grocery store.
