Richie was born and raised in Honduras before moving with his family to Bocas del Toro, Panama. Richie later came to Costa Rica where he went to high school and college in San Jose, and has since been living in Costa Rica for the past 20+ years. In 2003 Richie decided to move to the Tamarindo/Playa Grande area, where he currently lives with his wife Laura and their two dogs. Prior to joining Grande Real Estate, Richie worked as a full-time photographer and videographer specializing in real estate and commercial lifestyle shoots. This career allowed him to see a multitude of the areas beautiful homes and sparked his interest and subsequent path into real estate consulting. When he is not working in the Playa Grande office, Richie enjoys surfing, playing guitar and hanging out at the beach with his family. He is fluent in English and Spanish.
