LAS VENTANAS DE PLAYA GRANDE
Las Ventanas de Playa Grande is an exclusive ocean view community on the north Pacific Coast of Costa Rica that embodies the practice of sustainable development. The development is 150 hectares (380 acres) of rolling hills with breathtaking ocean views. One of the founding principals of Las Ventanas is low density development in harmony with nature, which means there are only 3.5 dwellings per hectare.

THE PHASES OF LAS VENTANAS DE PLAYA GRANDE
Phase 1- La Sabana –SOLD OUT
Phase 2 – El Roble and Caracara
The El Roble side of phase two has ocean and forest view lots and smaller private homes. Lots with ocean view range from $90,000 – $140,000. The lower lots are set in the dry tropical forest and range from $55,000 – $85,000
The Caracara side of phase two is more elevated than El Roble and has beautiful ocean view lots. The lots in Caracara are a bit larger. Prices in Caracara range from $75,000 – $170,000 depending on the size of the lot and the view. Here the utilities have been put underground so that you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the Pacific Ocean and it’s surrounding beaches.
